I love anything to do with Christmas, especially Christmas trees. I feel like having a tree in your living room (or anywhere in your house) is the perfect way to get into the holiday mood. This year Matt and I have a fake tree (see in this post) since we live in an apartment and didn’t want to fuss with a real tree. I am blessed to have grown up in North Carolina, since it is one of the best states for Christmas Trees. Many years even the tree that they pick for the White House is from North Carolina, just a little fun fact for you hehe.
Growing up, we always had a fresh tree. However we always just picked one up in the city at a random lot that was selling trees. I have always had in my head that when “I grow up” and have my own family, I am going to go to a Christmas tree farm and pick out, and cut down a tree together. That still has not happened yet, but maybe next year.
Size & Fit Details
I love these hunter boots, I went on a long, long, search for a pair that would fit my wide calves, check out my wide calf boot post. I got this plaid button down for Christmas 2 years ago, but the exact shirt is still in stock (wearing size xl). Not only is it super comfortable and soft, after owning it for 2 years I can honestly say it wears well and is a great shirt to own!
