It has been a little while since my last update. I have come to realize a weekly update might be a tad ambitious but I aim to do at least one update a month. I am currently at the same weight, which I honestly consider an accomplishment, maintaining weight also takes effort. Matt and I have been busy with a secret project I hope to share with you early in the new year. For the past few weeks I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis, after a few weeks of resting and stretching I am starting to feel much better. The weather is cooling down and I hope to start walking around the neighborhood 3-4 nights a week. I am excited to be doing some more food/cooking content wether it be here on the blog or on Instagram.
