Monday’s are just peachy sometimes. I am trying my hardest to go into this week with optimism and a fresh outlook. I really need to work on not letting things that are out of my control stress me out. It is unnecessary and also not healthy. I can tell how my body is reacting to stresses, my skin is breaking out, and I just feel exhausted even when I know I am well rested. My plan is to really focus on the things in life I am grateful for and work on improving area I do have control over.
